Barbourn Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of men’s and women’s cotton jackets (the “Products”) from Barbourn’s website (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy (all available on the Site). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

1.1 Order Submission

When you submit an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected Products at the listed price (in USD, as specified in Section 3). All product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are subject to change without notice, but we will honor the price displayed at the time you place your order (provided the Product is in stock and the price was not displayed in error).

1.2 Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Acknowledgment”). This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate “Order Confirmation” email once we have verified inventory availability, processed your payment, and confirmed your order details. Acceptance of your order is final only when you receive the Order Confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or invalid shipping information), we will notify you via email within 2 business days and issue a full refund (in accordance with Section 5) if payment has already been processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Order Fulfillment Timeline

We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days of receiving your Order Confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, delivery of your Products will take 6-12 business days from the date of shipment. This delivery timeline applies to all orders worldwide, and no additional distinction is made between domestic and international 配送.

3.2 Shipping Costs

Barbourn offers global free shipping on all orders. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout, regardless of your shipping destination or the number of Products in your order.

3.3 Delivery Responsibilities

We will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status. You are responsible for providing a valid, accurate shipping address (we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders). If a delivery is delayed due to incorrect address information, missed delivery attempts, or customs holds (for international orders), we will assist in resolving issues but are not liable for delays beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns

4.1 Eligibility & Timeline

You may return any unused, undamaged Product (with original tags, labels, and packaging intact) for a refund or exchange within 60 days of the delivery date. Custom or personalized Products (e.g., monogrammed jackets) are final sale and not eligible for return.

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will respond with a pre-paid return shipping label (global free return shipping applies) and instructions for packing and sending the Product back.
  3. Ship the Product to our designated warehouse within 7 days of receiving the return label. We recommend retaining the return tracking number for your records.
  4. Our team will inspect the returned Product upon receipt (typically within 3-5 business days). If the Product meets eligibility requirements, we will approve the return and proceed with a refund or exchange (per your request).

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Timeline & Method

Once a return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order (e.g., credit card, PayPal) and will be in USD. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account (typically 2-3 business days for digital wallets, 5-7 business days for credit cards).

5.2 Non-Refundable Items

Shipping costs (already covered via global free shipping) are not subject to additional refund. If you received a defective or incorrect Product, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund (including the original Product price) or send a replacement (if in stock) at no cost to you.
